JRA has supported restaurants, wholesalers, and makers related to Japanese food since approved as NPO in 1999. We provide updated food/beverage related information to members, issue monthly newsletters, train restaurant workers on seminars, introduce important classes and examinations, and hold the golf tournament and food festival for fostering further growth and fundraising.

JRA consists of restaurant owners, managers, wholesalers, and makers in the Japanese food/beverage industry. Members’ mutual cooperation is essential. Namely, JRA members support themselves and their friends. What JRA does is just helping communicate among members, improve the knowledge and technique, and appeal to how good JRA members are.
